Ordering your Canterbury DVDs
There are three options for payment:
(1) Direct deposit by internet banking to Westpac Account 030114 - 0164169 - 00
(2) Personal cheque drawn on any New Zealand bank posted to ... L. Sears 12 Linley Place Northcote North Shore City 1308
(3) Postal Order, obtainable at any NZ PostShop, and posted as in (2).
After deciding the most convenient method of payment, fill in the Order Form. It will be emailed automatically, and you will receive confirmation of it being received. Payment may then be posted or deposited by internet banking.
